RETURN POLICY

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. info@pineapplepear.co.uk and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and answer any questions.

  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your package.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.

  • All Ipads returns must include the original box in its original condition.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless being returned due to damages or malfunction

  • Returns received by us beyond 30 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet the above quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.

12 MONTH WARRANTY

We will be responsible for replacement if there are any product quality issues within 12 months of purchase. Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet itself. Damage caused by accident or lack of care are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please e-mail  info@pineapplepear.co.uk and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Please write ‘Warranty Reclaim’ as subject of the e-mail so that our customer service team know this is a warranty related refund.
